Presenter Registration

  1. Open the iconnects.unsur.ac.id website.

  2. Click the sidebar on the left then click "Registration > Presenter" or participants also can register through the Google Form bit.ly/iconnects2023.

  3. Fill in your personal data in the registration form then select "Presenter" in the Register As section.

  4. Fill in the name of person who will be presenting in D-day in the Presenter's Name section.

  5. Attach your abstract according to the format in the ICONNECTS 2023 Full Paper Guideline.

  6. Participants must pay a registration fee of Rp. 100.000,-/presenter for Student Presenter and Rp. 150,000,-/presenter for the General Presenter via account number 4310726031 (BCA) Ria Putri Amelia.

  7. Photo or screenshot of proof of payment, then attach it to the Payment Proof section.

  8. If the data is filled in correctly, click Send and after that you will be given the WhatsApp iConnects 2023 group link.

Notes:

  1. Fill in your personal data in the register form and pay the registration fee first.

  2. Letter of Acceptance will be sent approximately 7 (seven) days after your abstract submission through the email you have submitted on the registration form.

  3. If you have received a Letter of Acceptance from our email, immediately pay a second fee for publication. Presenters can choose Selected Articles with a publication fee of Rp. 250,000,-/paper or Proceeding with a publication fee of Rp. 200.000,- /paper.

  4. Specifically for Selected Articles, Reviewers will only publish 4 selected articles in the JOEPALLT Journal.
