WELCOMING REMARKS

Welcome to the second International Conference on Education of Suryakancana!

This event is organized by the Students of English Education Study Program of Suryakancana University. The conference covers a wide range of topics related to education, teaching and beyond including classroom practice, curriculum, assessment and development, and the application of technology in education.

The 3rd iCONNECTS 2026 will be held online on 13 January 2026. The virtual conference and parallel sessions will be conducted on Zoom where you can present your research work by online presentation or prerecorded video mode.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Enhancing Literacy in a Multicultural Era: Applied Lingusitics for Empowerment and Innovation”. The conference is hoped to provide a platform for students, educators, researchers, teachers, practitioners, policy makers, or applied linguistic enthusiasts to share their data and insights on the issue at hand and draw insightful conclusions for future practice and follow-up studies.

General Guideline for Paper Submission and Presentation

All full papers should be written in English and will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers and evaluated based on its relevance to the conference, originality, technical and content quality, and contribution to the issues.
